Anambra State is facing a very dangerous and environmental hazard that has eaten deeply into it's soil texture.
Gully erosion has eroded and degraded our lands, thereby creating a very big problem for our space and existence.
Gully erosion occurs when water running downhill cuts a channel deep into soil resulting to the removal of soil and soft rock mainly on steep lands.
Erosion has eaten up to 70% of Anambra State's land mass.
Areas such as Nanka has been designated as world erosion site which has displaced many inhabitants there.
Erosion has lead to destruction of trees, natural vegetations, removal of fertile agric top soil and other top layers of soil.
Erosion has equally led to loss of lives and properties, thereby creating scarcity of lands.
Farmers no longer engage themselves to farming work because of effect of gully and scarcity of land.
In light of this, as Anambra State prepare for gubernatorial election, Anambarians must stand up to their feet and support Distinguished Senator Andy Uba (MFR).
Senator Andy Uba (MFR), with so much wealth of experience as an environmentalist will rejuvenate Anambra State again.

The government of Senator Andy Uba (MFR), will priotize the planting of trees to break wind and make sure that indiscriminate cutting of trees must stop forthwith.
Senator Andy Uba (MFR), will design a master plan for erosion and gully control. He will work hand-in-hand with World Bank Assisted Projects and Water Erosion Shed Management in conjunction with the government at the center through the Federal Ministry of Environment.
Ndi-Anambra, the time to curb and put to end this environmental menace is now.
