Ikeduru Local Government Area Council Chairman, Honorable Chief Tony Jude Iwuamadi has described Atta Women in Ikeduru Local Government Area of Imo State, as home modernizers, during the just concluded August Meeting held at Atta Central School, Atta.
The Ikeduru LGA Boss made this statement during the contineous Tour of Communities in the Area for Women August Meeting led by the APC Owerri Zone Operational Leader Prince Charles Amadi.
Chief Iwuamadi made his feelings known through the Leader of Ikeduru Legislative Council, Hon.Stanley Ugo, while addressing the women, he added that Atta Women are known for steadfastness, Resourcefulness and diligent in all spheres of live.
Iwuamadi Energized the women to always give their best in community development and to the Governor their Maximum Support throughout his tenure in office.
Earlier his speech, the Leader of the movement, Prince Charles Amadi Charvon said he is not touring the Twelve (12) INEC Wards in Ikeduru LGA because of Political gain but to show Ikeduru Women a sense belonging that Ikeduru women can boast of a Son like Prince Charles Amadi who cares for their well being also motivate them to be self reliance in the society, so that in turn they can be independent for survival.
Prince Charles Amadi further charged Ikeduru LGA Leaders to think of the well being of Ikeduru men, women and Youths and not dragging their foots that takes them nowhere all in the name of struggling to hijak Political structure, which makes no meaning, but they should ask the people what they demands and yawning are, in turn Forster solutions to eliminating the sufferings,hunger and hardship the people are encountering in the Area.
However Prince Charles Amadi in his usual manner as a grassroot Oriented mobilizer, donated 1million Naira cash for the Proposed Skill Acquisition for Atta Women to enable the women learn skills in other to help their various families, pay their children's fees and utility bills in their homes, because it's better to teach one how to fish than giving him or her fish."Prince Amadi"
Earlier in his Royal blessings, the Traditional Ruler of Atta Ancient Kingdom, His Royal Highness, Eze Joe Anika thanked God for an Ikeduru Son in the person of Prince Charles Amadi Charvon who has been touring Ikeduru LGA promoting peace,Unity, development and Progress, making donation so that the less privilege can feel belonged, that God will enlarge his coast and Political ambition.
Meanwhile earlier in her welcome address to the August visitors, the Atta Women Leader Mrs.Clara Boniface thanked the Ikeduru LGA bonafide Son, Prince Charles Amadi, Ikeduru LGA Chairman, High Chief Tony Jude Iwuamadi for having listening ears to the yawnings and desires of Ikeduru women and making out time to interact with them.
Lady Boniface added that the Governor of Imo State, His Excellency Distinguish Senator Hope Odidika Uzodimma has done exceedingly beyond the expectation of Imolites and vowed never to relent in supporting the Governor.
