It was carnival like yesterday at Mbaitolu Nwaoruebi Local Government Headquarters and it's environs as the would-be youngest house of representative member come 2023, Engr. Akarachi Amadi stormed the area with his entourage to awaiting crowd numbering over 4,000 with colourful dresses and dances, for their annual August meeting.
Addressing the women, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Mbaike Federal Constituency, said he is very delighted seeing his mothers gathered patiently waiting for their son who is making first appearance after the party primaries, he told them that there's nothing new in what they're seeing today as it has always been his style whenever he visits a particular place.
He urged the women to support him cliche the seat to enable him double his efforts to the constituency and opined that if he can construct roads, made an indigene of Mbaike score highest in Imo State in the last jamb through his free jamb registration, 27 of Mbaike youths playing in various football clubs nationally and internationally earning in foreign currency, Scholarship scheme, etc. then Mbaike will rank among the leading constituency in the Nation, he concluded.
Leaders present who took turn to eulogize the young candidate while confirming that Mbaitolu is covered for him, having seen his kind gestures as a philanthropist.
High point of the epoch event was the award presentation to the candidate as the MVP of the women, various dance display, cash gifts, wrapper distribution, food and drinks as the women departs with heart filled with Thanksgiving to God for the gift of Engr. Akarachi Amadi as "Arabanko coroner" Ababanna drilled them with sweet melodies.
