√: Re-roofing the 10 blocks of offices at the Imo State Secretariat.
√: Rehabilitated the water scheme at the State Secretariat. Owerri.
√: Repaired the 4 giant generator sets.
√: Restorated Public Power supply to the Secretariat.
√: Completed the abandoned walkways thereby connecting all the buildings in the State Secretariat.
√: Gave brand new vehicles to Permanent Secretaries.
√: Provided free bus service for the workers of Imo State.
√: Streamlined the payment of workers' salaries. All workers now receive salaries on the same date irrespective of workplace.
√: Approved waivers for the employment of workers in some critical areas especially, in the Justice and Health sectors.
√: Commenced recruitment of Primary School Teachers.
√: Cleared the backlog of workers' promotions with some benefitting from 3 promotions while

√: Provision of worker's health clinic at the State Secretariat complex.
√: Imo State Public Service has undergone a series of reorientations and training cutting across all the strata of the service. These trainings have impacted positively on the service delivery of individual staff and the system.
√: N30,000 minimum wage already being paid to Imo State workers.
√: The National Health Insurance Scheme was introduced for the workers.
√: The increase of minimum wage to 40, 000 naira was implemented.
√: Provision of one meal per day was recently announced for workers in Imo State to help cushion the biting effect of the removal of fuel subsidy in Nigeria.
√: Provision of operational Hiace buses for Ministries, Departments and Agencies of government.
√: Grant of over12 million dollars received from World Bank for transparency and management of the State’s resources”.(SFTAS GRANT)
√: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) honours Governor Hope Uzodinma, for his outstanding performance in promoting fiscal transparency in governance.
