The political colossus of imo state APC and the Apex Leader of APC in Owerri West , Chief. Gibson Achonu Njemanze , today reiterated his commitment in ensuring the perpetual survival of APC in Imo State and Owerri West in particular. He made this view while receiving the Tripartite APC Chairmen from Owerri Federal Constituency , Hon. Onyekachi Ibezim (Owerri Municipal) , Hon. Humphrey umunnakwe (Owerri west) and Hon. Kelechi Azike(Owerri North) who paid him a solidarity / loyalty visit at his residence.
Leader of the Delegation and Chairman of APC in Owerri Municipal , Hon. Onyekachi Ibezim said it'll be an oversight that'll have disciplinary consequences should they fail to visit The Leader .
The Owerri Municipal Party boss explained that the Contribution of Chief. Gibson towards the survival of the APC which even transcends beyond the state is quite remarkable . He called the political Leader as a man who lives and breaths APC and that the aim of their visit is to tap from his wealth of political knowledge and also solicit his support as they desire to make the APC a household name.
Speaking after the address of Hon. Onyekachi, the host Chief. Oyiga thanked the delegation that visited explaining that with or without the visit , he's a strong supporter of all those who hold the interest of APC at heart . He expressed happiness that with the Giant strides of Dist. Sen. Hope Uzodinma in transforming the state , he's happy with the level of support the party is enjoying in the state . He appreciated the Chairmen that came visiting and at same time assured to work with them for the development of the party in the constituency and owerri west in particular .
Chief Oyiga advised the Chairmen to push their Ward Leaders into getting more party faithfuls registered and also getting their voter's card .
In conclusion , Chief. Achonu pledged total loyalty to the Laws , rules and regulation guiding the APC and at the same time be a partner in progress that'll drive IMO state's Shared Prosperity into the hearts and minds of imolites.
