REVIEW OF PARTY BUSINESS AND ACTIVITIES, STATE EXCO COMMENDS MACDONALD EBERE, PLEDGES UNPARALLELED SUPPORT.
The State Executive Committee of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Imo State, has described the state chairman of the party, Hon. Macdonald Ebere, PhD as an examplary party administrator, in appreciation of his starling conduct in the management and administration of party businesses and activities.
This came at an extraordinary State Executive Committee (SEC) meeting of the party, held at the state secretrait on Friday July 8, 2022, after a painstaking review of the activities and businesses of the party, particularly the conduct of delegate congress, party primaries and the national convention.
The SEC after diligent consideration of the chairman's report and stewardship on the conduct of the primaries, commended him for the successful outcome of the various primaries and national convention.
The SEC unanimously resolved to continue to support, corporate and show solidarity to the chairman in the discharge of his official responsibilities. In a motion moved by the State Publicity Secretary, seconded and supported by the Orlu Zonal Youth Leader and State Welfare Secretary respectfully, the SEC expressed its satisfaction with the leadership of the chairman and urged him not to relent in his determination to steer and navigate the party to victory.
The SEC observed with great delight the uncommon and inclusive leadership disposition of the chairman, which in no small measure has helped to build a healthy, coherent and vibrant administration in the state.
On account of financial activities of the party within the period under review, the SEC hailed the Chairman for his strict adherence to due process, probity and accountability. It was observed that the Chairman has diligently complied with all relevant provisions of the party constitution in the management of party finances.
Consequently, the SEC resolved to continue to demonstrate its unalloyed, unflinching and unparalleled support and solidarity to the leadership of Macdonald Ebere, while maintaining its commitment to ensuring the overall success of the party in the forthcoming general elections in the state.
