The Managing Director, National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA), Chief Dr. George Moghalu has felicitated with the Governing Board Member Federal Road Safety Commission and Chieftain of All Progressives Congress, Chief Chibuzor Obiakor ( Okwelume n' Ogidi) on his birthday anniversary.
According to the statement made available by his Media Centre, Chief Dr George Ohamaduke said :
