Today, Friday 16th July, 2021. Marks another day of joy to the highly enterprising people of Anambra State.
REASON: Few hours ago, the nation's electoral umpire the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC), made Public the official list of names of Governoship candidates of all the Political parties participating in Anambra 2021. Gubernatorial election coming up on November 6.
Meanwhile it is the name of the Candidate of the All Progressives Congress(APC). Distinguished Sen. Emmanuel Andy Uba in the INEC list that threw the entire State into an ecstasy of jubilations.
The wild jubilations of the Patriotic Anambraians, may not be unconnected with the barrage of FAKE NEWS and puerile propagandas from the media teams of both the opposition parties' and some of the APC former governoship aspirants that lost the Saturday, 26 June. APC Anambra State governoship primary to Sen. Andy Uba.
Ndi-Anambra, and indeed, all Nigerians have been inundated with lots of gutter and backyard fake news of Sen.Andy Uba this and Sen.Andy Uba that. However, the release of the official list of governoship candidates of participating Political parties today by INEC. With the name of the former two term Senator for Anambra South Senatorial District, clearly written behind APC. All such kidergertian propagandas have now been thrown into the dustbin. Hence, the celebrations.
Furthermore, the reason for Ndi-Anambra, showing keen interest in Sen.Andy's candidacy is not difficult to decode. The humble and gentle Uga born is highly loved by the masses. Again, the people of Anambra State knew his capacity, experience and managerial prowess which they strongly believe will be bring the needed restoration the State is in dare need of now.
Sen. Uba's performances in his previous public assignments, is actually the key factor Ndi-Anambra are clamouring for him to take over Agu-Awka from Governor Willie Obiano.
NOTE: In obedient to Courts orders. INEC dropped the names of former CBN Governor Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo (APGA), for Chukwuma Emorji as the party's candidate. And Valentine Ozigbo for Sen. Ugochukwu Uba for PDP.
